About the Role

You will work closely with stakeholders to identify learning requirements and develop engaging training content that aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver virtual and face-to-face training programs
  • Facilitate core skills workshops for graduates and Business Apprentices
  • Maintain a keen understanding of learning trends, research, and best practices
  • Support training needs analysis and evaluation processes

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of FCA regulated products and consumer duty
  • Experience in designing e-learning courses and administering psychometric profiling tools
  • Expert L&D knowledge, including best practices, theories, and design principles
  • Good understanding and experience of using various L&D approaches and methods
