We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as the Head of Risk Technology at McDonald's Corporation. Key Responsibilities- Lead the Development of a Comprehensive Risk Management Strategy: Develop and implement a risk management strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and ensures the effective management of technology-related risks.
- Manage a High-Performing Team: Lead a team of subject matter experts in risk management, cyber security, and information security, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure their continued growth and development.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with various stakeholders, including technology, operations, and risk management teams, to ensure the effective implementation of risk management strategies and the identification of potential risks.
- Develop and Maintain Relationships with Key Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including technology vendors, suppliers, and franchisees, to ensure the effective management of technology-related risks.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Emerging Threats and Countermeasures: Stay informed about current and emerging threats and countermeasures, and ensure that the company's risk management strategy is aligned with best practices in the industry.
- Ensure Compliance with Regulatory Requirements: Ensure that the company's risk management strategy and practices are compliant with relevant regulatory requirements, including GDPR, Data Protection Act, and PCI DSS.
- Extensive Experience in Risk Management and Cyber Security: A minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management and cyber security, with a strong understanding of best practices in the industry.
- Proven Leadership and Management Skills: Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of subject matter experts.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
