Head of Technology Risk Management

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as the Head of First Line Technology Risk Management. This is a critical role that will play a key part in shaping the future of our technology risk management function.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework for our technology operations
- Lead a team of risk and compliance professionals to ensure effective risk management and control processes are in place
- Collaborate with second and third line leaders to ensure effective risk management and control processes are in place
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including technology leaders, risk and compliance professionals, and external partners
- Provide strategic guidance and support to technology leaders to ensure effective risk management and control processes are in place
Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in risk management and compliance, with a focus on technology
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management frameworks and processes
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of risk and compliance professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
