We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team at Rec2Rec Search.



As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates within the Facilities Management sector.



Key Responsibilities:





  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the Facilities Management sector

  • Source and attract top talent for our client

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

  • Achieve sales targets and grow revenue

  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives



Requirements:



Essential:





  • Previous experience in a recruitment environment

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment



PREFERRED:





  • Experience in the Construction sector

  • Full UK driving licence and car
