Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed teacher to support students with SEND in developing their professional experience and expertise. The role involves teaching structured sequences of lessons, personalising plans to accommodate individual needs, and working effectively in a team environment.
Salary and Benefits
The salary is within the Teachers' / Unqualified Teachers' Pay Range, accompanied by an SEN Allowance of £2,679 per annum. We offer a highly rewarding professional role, a supportive staff team, commitment to training and professional development, and a valued position within the New Bridge MAT family.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be energetic, highly motivated, and able to work effectively with colleagues. They should have a keen interest in supporting students with SEND, be highly organised, patient, and resilient when working with vulnerable pupils.
