We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as Project Sustainability Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the long-term success of our healthwatch initiatives in Middlesbrough.

About the Role

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies to sustain and grow our healthwatch projects. This will involve working closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to ensure the continued effectiveness of our projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, leadership, and community development. They will be able to analyze data, identify trends, and develop recommendations to improve project outcomes.

The salary for this position is £32,713 per annum, pro rata Scale Points Band 8a, £32,713 - £34,878 per annum pro-rata.

You will work closely with our team to ensure the effective delivery of healthwatch projects. This includes managing project staff, resources, and budgets. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing an independent annual healthwatch work plan linked to the overarching goals and priorities.

As Project Sustainability Consultant, you will be expected to contribute to the planning, development, management, and sustainability of projects in conjunction with the Project Development Manager.

You will also be responsible for maintaining effective links with commissioners, partners, and related organizations. The ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively is essential for this role.
