Job Summary

As a Field Care Supervisor at Home Instead, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care services to our clients. This position requires a passion for delivering high-quality care, a strong leadership presence, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support care consultations, service reviews, and client support plans to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Conduct staff supervisions and client quality assurance to maintain high standards.
  • Create, update, and audit client care plans, and assist with digital care planning to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate client and Care Professional records on Home Instead software and People Planner.
  • Conduct client and Care Professional introductions to foster positive relationships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
  • Carry out client reviews and implement actions accordingly.
  • Support and mentor Care Professionals to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Provide support to the Client Experience team to ensure exceptional client experiences.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and Care Professionals to ensure timely communication.
  • Perform any other duties as directed by your line manager to ensure business success.
  • Participate in on-call duties as required to ensure 24/7 support.
  • Ensure compliance with Home Instead's Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities Policy in employment and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience in the care sector delivering a wide range of personal care services.
  • Experience working with MAR sheets and medication in a supervisory role.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and helping clients live independently and happily in their own homes.
  • Full and clear UK driver's license.
  • Reliable access to a fully insured car.
  • Right to live and work in the UK.
  • Prior Care experience and completed a Care Certificate.
  • Minimum qualification level of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
