Job Summary

Home Instead is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Supervisor to join our team. As a Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting care consultations, service reviews, and client support plans. You will also conduct staff supervisions and client QA's, create and update client care plans, and maintain accurate records on Home Instead software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support care consultations, service reviews, and client support plans.
  • Conduct staff supervisions and client QA's.
  • Create, update, and audit client care plans.
  • Maintain accurate client and Care Professional records on Home Instead software.
  • Conduct client and Care Professional introductions.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals.
  • Carry out client reviews and actions accordingly.
  • Support and mentor Care Professionals.
  • Provide support to the Client Experience team.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and Care Professionals.

Requirements

  • Experience in the care sector delivering a wide range of personal care services.
  • Experience of working with MAR sheets and medication in a supervisory role.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care to clients and helping them live independently.
  • Full and clear UK driver's license.
  • Reliable access to a fully insured car.
  • Right to live and work in the UK.
  • Prior Care experience and completed a Care Certificate.
  • Minimum qualification level of NVQ Level 2 - equivalent or above.
