Electrical Design Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at Samuel Frank Associates. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing electrical schematic drawings, site surveys, and interpretation of customer quotations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design electrical schematic drawings using ePLAN
  • Conduct site surveys of customers' existing machines and control systems
  • Interpret customer quotations and specifications
  • Sizing of components and tracking deliveries
  • Providing instructions to panel builders and technical support
  • Production of installation instructions and planning control panel installation

An interest in programming software for PLCs, HMIs, and drives would be beneficial for this role. The successful candidate will be based at our Blackburn office and will require travel to customers' sites within the UK and occasionally overseas.

A current, clean UK driving licence is required for this position.
