Business Expansion Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our national sales team at Palmer McCarthy Solutions Ltd. This exciting opportunity will see you playing a key role in driving growth across the M25 and London area by converting immediate sales opportunities and strategically identifying and securing new business. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets and consistently achieving financial success.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and excellent communication and negotiation skills. They will be able to build strong relationships with clients, operate in a meritocratic environment, and progress in a supportive organization. Key Benefits include a competitive salary up to £65K, OTE potential of £90K, Car Allowance or Car, Pension plan, 28 days of holiday per year, and a supportive team environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Business Development: Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships.
- Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales performance and relationship building.
