About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Professional to join our team at Listers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Maximize sales opportunities through effective prospecting, follow-up calls, and in-bound telephone enquiries
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products
  • Ensure accurate collection and management of customer contact and vehicle data to maximize the quality and content of our customer database
Requirements
  • Previous experience in car sales or a related field is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided
  • Ability to establish and build rapport with customers quickly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid UK driver's license
