**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Photography/Videography**: Create captivating visual content to showcase residential and commercial properties, highlighting key features and unique selling points.
- **Editing Excellence**: Utilise your skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Premiere Pro to craft polished and professional final products.
- **Collaborative Spirit**: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align visual content with our overall branding and marketing objectives.
- **Innovative Approach**: Stay updated on industry trends and leverage innovative techniques to elevate the quality and impact of visual assets.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensure accuracy in capturing property details and present them effectively to enhance property listings.
- **Property Viewings**:Assisting with extra tasks of property viewings and inspections.

**Requirements**:

- **Passion for Photography/Videography**: No prior estate agency experience needed, but a deep passion for creating compelling visuals is a must.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in professional photography and videography equipment.
- **Editing Mastery**: Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Premiere Pro for post-production.
- **Creative Mindset**: Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to enhance the visual appeal of our property listings.
- **Driver**:Must be a car owner with a valid driving license

**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
