Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Apprentice HR Administrator. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and contributing to the development of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including coordinating interviews and creating new employee files.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.

Requirements:

  • Apprenticeship in HR Support Level 3 or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £8.00.
  • A 37.5-hour working week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm.
  • The opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in HR administration.
