About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our team at Ashendon Recruitment Ltd. As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with clients and prospects to promote our services and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to gather campaign briefs and develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Contribute to the creation of briefing documents and sales materials to support telemarketing activities.
  • Engage in strategic conversations with director-level personnel to support marketing campaigns and drive business growth.
  • Schedule sales appointments for client sales teams and follow up on event invitations to ensure maximum participation.
  • Conduct surveys and questionnaires over the phone to gather valuable insights and feedback.
  • Assist in data cleaning and entry for list building and marketing campaigns.
  • Record all calls and results with attention to detail and provide daily and weekly progress reports to ensure campaign objectives are met.
  • Share results with clients as needed and undertake ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated understanding of business and IT issues, with excellent telephone etiquette and resilience.
  • Fluent English verbal and written skills, with effective communication at all business levels.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and methodologies, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience with web search engines and familiarity with various databases and CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
