Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day assistance to consultants and other colleagues as necessary
  • Verify the validity of documents submitted with applications against lender criteria and manage ongoing communication with lender partners, underwriters, and solicitors to secure mortgage offers
  • Support consultants within a team, including site visits, weekly meetings, and during their annual leave
  • Liaise with lenders, valuers, and solicitors to collect relevant information and updates
  • Monitor case progression and pipelines
  • Develop a confident and friendly telephone manner and communication skills
  • Hold CF1 and full/part CeMAP qualifications, with a good understanding of credit reports, KYC, AML, and fraud prevention systems
  • Ability to handle a high-volume workflow and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Be enthusiastic and driven
