Mackenzie Stuart is currently partnered with an International Technology and Innovation Company who are looking to add a Senior Fire Safety Professional to their Compliance Department within the UK. This will be a Hybrid position with the option for flexible working in regards to in-office hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute fire safety projects promptly and cost-effectively, adhering to your areas of expertise and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist fire safety engineers in ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints, including reviewing reports and providing technical guidance.
- Enhance the team's financial success by maximizing utilization and achieving individual billing targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Perform tasks that demonstrate adherence to current laws and compliance with the Company's operational guidelines, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Foster and sustain strong relationships with internal team members and external partners, promoting a culture of collaboration and open communication.
- Support the sales and estimating teams in bidding for new projects and enhancing networking opportunities, driving business growth and development.
Requirements:
- 5-10+ years of experience in a relevant engineering discipline, with a strong background in fire safety.
- Membership of a professional body such as IFE, CABE, CIBSE, or equivalent.
- Proficient knowledge of relevant fire safety standards and fire safety legislation, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
- Willingness to travel as and when required, with a valid passport and ability to obtain necessary visas.
