Lead Visual Systems Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Visual Systems Developer to join our team in Warton. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing software solutions to meet the needs of defence programmes.

About the Role:

  1. Lead the development of visual systems software solutions using Unity and Unreal Engine.
  2. Work closely with the team to ensure that all software development practices are adhered to.
  3. Support and mentor junior engineers through peer reviews.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in visual systems development using Unity and Unreal Engine.
  2. Strong understanding of full software lifecycles.
  3. Ability to work in a highly regulated environment, ideally within aircraft or defence sectors.
  4. Object-oriented design and development skills.

Salary:

The salary for this role is up to £52,400 per annum, paid in four instalments. The company is committed to providing a safe and inclusive working environment, with regular opportunities for professional development and growth.
