Control Panel Testing and Verification Expert

Trant Engineering Ltd. is a leading engineering company specializing in the design, custom build, and installation of high-quality control panels, motor control centers (MCCs), and automation systems. We deliver within the water, power, and energy sectors.
We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Control Panel Specialist to join our workshop based at our Head Office in Southampton. This is a full-time role working 45 hours each week, with working hours from 07:30 – 17:00, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities- Testing and verification of control panels against design schematics
- Fault finding, diagnosis, and repair of control panels
- Loom wiring, panel build soldering, and machine wiring
- Experience working as a Test Technician/Wireman in a fault finding role
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work to production deadlines
