Automation Systems Engineer

Trant Engineering Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Automation Systems Engineer to join our team in Southampton. This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum.
As an Automation Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and installing control panels, motor control centres, and automation systems for the water, power, and energy sectors. Your primary focus will be on ensuring high-quality products meet customer requirements through effective testing and verification.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and install control panels, motor control centres, and automation systems
- Test and verify control panel outputs against design schematics
- Collaborate with the team to ensure products meet customer requirements
Requirements:
- Experience of working as an Automation Systems Engineer or similar role
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of automation systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
