Job Title: Finance & Operations - Membership Body

Covent Garden Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Senior Administrator to join their team at a leading professional services membership body. The ideal candidate will possess solid finance skills and be comfortable with database management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial and database records
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Make BACS payments
  • Process monthly payroll
  • Reconcile company credit card expenses
  • Assist with office and facilities management
  • Prepare financial reports and manage budgets
  • Support at events
  • Provide HR administration, including onboarding, training, and holiday management
  • Manage HR policies and employee development
  • Offer ad-hoc research and team support

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional and discreet at all times
  • Highly organised and numerate
  • Good understanding of accounting practices
  • Experience with Sage is highly desirable
  • Experience making BACS payments
  • Strong IT skills
  • Flexible and proactive approach
