Job Summary
Spencer & James Limited is seeking a highly experienced Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Quantity Surveyor to manage costs on significant projects in Central London. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, excellent contract negotiation skills, and proficiency in cost management software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer contracts, manage interim payments, and resolve disputes.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Provide cost reports and financial updates to management.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • Strong M&E background and proven experience on large-scale projects.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, contract negotiation, and proficiency in cost management software.

Salary and Benefits: £65,000 (Basic Salary), £5,000 (Travel Allowance), 25 Days Annual Leave (Plus Bank Holidays), Professional Development Funding, Pension Contributions, and Private Healthcare.
