Customer Service Executive

EasyGo Charging Limited is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Executive to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to EV products and services.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and engineering, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Manage the customer journey, working with the Project Managers for all new customer sites joining the EasyGo network using Hubspot.
  • Work with the team to map the customer journey up to electrification and create processes to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Operations Director/Project Managers to optimise the service we offer new sites from our contractor partners.
  • Work with the App and Community manager to ensure that we are adapting and listening to our customers and providing the highest level of customer service.
Requirements

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to learn new systems and processes.
