PAY RATE: Up to £ per hour

CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent – we don't do zero hours contracts

HOURS: 15 a week across 3 days – shifts will be covering breakfast, weekdays will be from to and weekends/bank holidays will be from 7am to 12pm - guaranteed hours to plan your week around

What you'll do: As a Customer Service Ambassador, you'll be the face of our hotel, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a great experience. You'll work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect and collaborate with the rest of the team to deliver a seamless service.
