As a leading provider of community-based social care and support, Radis Group is seeking an experienced Elderly Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality care to vulnerable adults.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our Extra Care Scheme provides a safe and supportive environment for the elderly, enabling them to maintain independence and dignity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting residents with personal care activities, promoting their independence, choice, and respect. A range of benefits are available, including mileage allowance, full or part-time hours, NEST pension, and free uniform and PPE.
