We are seeking an experienced leader to lead our care at home team, ensuring our customers receive the highest standard of care and support. This is a full-time role, offering a competitive salary of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to deliver person-centred care, promoting maximum independence and supporting our customers to achieve their individual aspirations. You will also be responsible for managing rotas and ensuring our customers receive the best possible care.

The ideal candidate will have a level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards one. They will also have experience working in a care setting and be able to demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to work within rostered hours or participate in an on-call rota where required.
