Role: Community Care Worker

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Community Care Workers to join our team in Royal Tunbridge Wells. As a Community Care Worker, you will be responsible for delivering care that is truly person-centred, including:

  • Assisting adults with daily tasks to ensure comfort and dignity.
  • Providing companionship and social interaction.
  • Supporting clients with limited mobility.
  • Administering medication safely and effectively.
  • Delivering specialist clinical care with expertise and confidence.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking individuals who have:

  • A minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK.
  • The ability to assist clients with limited mobility comfortably.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable access to a personal vehicle.
  • Experience with complex care (desired, but not essential as full training will be provided).
