Asset Strategy and Management Specialist

Westminster City Council seeks a skilled Asset Strategy and Management Specialist to manage the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) stock's survey and data processes, ensuring accurate records and contributing to long-term capital investment planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage HRA stock surveys, maintain the MRI Asset Management database, and ensure accurate data integration into WCC processes.
  • Assist in developing a 30-year capital investment plan, prioritize major works projects, and collaborate with the Asset Programme Manager to document planned works.
  • Oversee the MRI Asset Management database, support the development of related information systems, and ensure accurate data updates and reporting.
  • Respond to inquiries from residents, contractors, and WCC departments, and contribute to internal and external communications.
  • Foster strong working relationships, comply with Health and Safety standards, promote equality and diversity, and support additional tasks as directed.

Manage an annual capital housing expenditure programme of approximately £50 million.

Experience & Skills Required:
  • Project management in repairs, capital works, or housing stock data, managing large-scale surveys, data analysis, and performance management.
