Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the condition survey process to collect data addressing all business needs.

Requirements:

  • Project management experience in repairs, capital works, or housing stock data, managing large-scale surveys, data analysis, and performance management.
  • MRI / Orchard knowledge is essential.
  • Experience working in a similar capacity in the public sector is desirable.
