This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and ambitious individual to lead site teams working on various projects across waste and clean water utilising internal teams as well as specialist sub-contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and Oversee Site Teams: Manage, supervise, and mentor site teams to ensure the safe and effective management of sites.
  • Maintain Cost-Conscious Management: Promote efficient use of resources to maintain cost-conscious management.
  • Prepare Scheme Programmes: Prepare, review, and update realistic scheme programmes.
  • Produce Method Statements: Produce, review, and brief teams on method statements and risk assessments.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure all records are provided to the CDMC for inclusion within the Health and Safety File in a timely manner following scheme completion.

Requirements:

  • Civil Engineering Qualifications: Relevant Civil Engineering or Site Management Qualifications.
  • Health, Safety, and Environmental Management: Health, Safety, and Environmental Management (IOSH or Construction Managers Safety Certificate).
  • CSCS Site Manager: CSCS Site Manager (Min).
  • First Aid at Work: First Aid at Work qualification.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the Water/Waste Water Treatment Industry and deep excavation and civils construction.
