Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our Civil Engineering and Rail department. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of curriculum staff, fostering outstanding teaching, learning, and student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Civil Engineering and Rail curriculum team, ensuring high-quality teaching and assessment practices.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the department, including full-time courses, apprenticeships, part-time courses, and T-Levels.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote continuous improvement and deliver projects.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum Level 3 subject qualification and a recognised teaching qualification.
  • Proven experience in delivering and improving high-quality teaching and assessment in Civil Engineering and Rail curriculum (Levels 1, 2, 3, and apprenticeships).
