About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Systems Trainer to join our Care Quality team at Runwood Homes. As a Care Systems Trainer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the rollout of our PCS (Person Centered Software) system across the group, delivering informative training to our team members to ensure a smooth transition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver training to team members on the PCS system, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively use the digital care platform.
  • Support the implementation of the PCS system, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Care Quality team to develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our staff.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the care act and other legislation applicable to the delivery of care using a digital care platform.
Requirements
  • Experience in writing and updating purposeful care plans.
  • Knowledge of the PCS System.
  • Care plan knowledge.
  • Experience writing and delivering training.
  • Previous experience as a trainer in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the care act and other legislation applicable to the delivery of care using a digital care platform.
