About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Systems Trainer to join our Care Quality team at Runwood Homes. As a Care Systems Trainer, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of our Person Centered Software (PCS) system across the group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver informative training to our team members to ensure a smooth transition to the PCS system
  • Support the roll out of the PCS system across the group
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the PCS system and its applications
  • Collaborate with our Care Quality team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained
Requirements
  • Experience in writing and updating purposeful care plans
  • Knowledge of the PCS system and its applications
  • Strong knowledge of the care act and other legislation applicable to the delivery of care using a digital care platform
  • Previous experience as a trainer in the healthcare sector
