Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs for staff on the PCS system, focusing on care plan creation and management.
  • Collaborate with the Care Quality team to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support to staff, addressing questions and concerns related to the PCS system.
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and policies, ensuring alignment with the PCS system.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in writing and delivering training programs, particularly in the healthcare sector.
  • Knowledge of the PCS system and its applications in care planning.
  • Strong understanding of care legislation and regulations, including the Care Act.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
