Job Title: Store Manager - New Carryduff Location

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our new Carryduff store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the store operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong business acumen, with a focus on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
  • Valid driving license and access to a car.
