Job Description:

This Surgery Associate role involves working in our Milton Keynes clinic, with regular travel to other Optical Express Group clinics to support our expanding operations. You will be responsible for conducting pre-operative testing, assisting surgeons during consent appointments and treatments, and providing theatre support to the surgical team and patients.

Essential Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with patients, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures.
  • Adaptability and Time Management: Strong adaptability and time management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Professionalism and Integrity: Demonstrated confidence, professionalism, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and discretion.

Salary:

£24,000 per annum.
