Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional care and support to clients in their own homes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive care planning and delivery.

  • A competitive salary of approximately £12.20 per hour, based on level of experience (pay rates between £11.44 to £12.50 per hour).

Requirements:
  • You must be a car driver with use of a vehicle.
