About the Role

Helping Hands is seeking a highly skilled Care Coordinator to support our customers and carers within the local community. As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive the highest standards of care and support through effective allocation of staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Branch Care Manager by providing care and support to our customers and carers.
  • Ensure that customers receive the highest standards of care and support through effective allocation of staff.
  • Complete direct observations and supervisions for your care teams within the correct timescales.
  • Support the Branch Care Manager to maintain carer numbers by actively recruiting new team members.
  • Reassess customers to ensure care plans are reflective of customer's needs and condition.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities and support the commercial growth of the branch.
  • Ensure that the highest levels of customer service are always provided.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care or be willing to work towards achieving this. Additionally, you will need to have knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with CQC/CIW guidance and experience of working within the care sector at supervisory level.
