Regional Sales Manager - Midlands and South West

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our fast-growing Sales Team in the Midlands and South West regions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new inquiries and sales, while maintaining and growing our current customer portfolio to achieve sales targets and company objectives.

About the Role
  • Generate new inquiries and sales in the Midlands and South West regions
  • Maintain and grow our current customer portfolio
  • Contribute to the development of the Sales and Marketing strategy for your territory
  • Undertake specific sales projects with a technical product specialist to provide customized solutions
  • Update the customer relationship management system to ensure all customer contact is captured
  • Liaise with pre-sales and internal service teams to ensure prompt ordering and delivery of products

We are looking for an individual with a background in mechanical engineering and manufacturing experience, knowledge of engineering applications and CNC Machine Tools, and a full UK driving license. Technical sales experience is advantageous but not essential.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to work for an innovative and respected engineering company with solid growth plans, state-of-the-art engineering facility for customer sales support, staff training, and R&D, and an established customer base of approximately 200 accounts with the potential for fast growth.
