Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a cohesive fine jewellery selling strategy and implementation plan.
  • Collaborate with Category & Marketing teams to develop and execute directives and regional product campaigns.
  • Work collaboratively with Operations and Category teams to identify actions for ships that require support, plan targeted activity, onboard strategy and training to maximise sales.
  • Deliver effective performance coaching virtually, during ship visits and sailings – train sales teams to promote high quality retailing standards, product knowledge, selling techniques and guest service.

About You: As a successful candidate, you will have robust experience in luxury sales management across traditional and cruise retail, with fine jewellery expertise preferred. Your strong commercial acumen and focus on business development and growth will enable you to work towards metrics and targets.
