As a Maintenance Operative at Homes for Students in Brighton, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and safety of our properties. About the Role
This role requires a strong understanding of property maintenance principles, including safety protocols and health regulations. You will work closely with our residents, suppliers, and contractors to deliver high-quality results. Your excellent customer care skills and ability to report outstanding actions and progress will be essential in building trust and confidence with our community.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, repairing, and replacing equipment and fixtures
- Respond to reported faults and issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to residents
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs, including dates, times, and details of work performed
- Liaise with internal and external contacts, including suppliers and contractors, to ensure seamless service delivery
