Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Safety Project Manager to join our team at Kenna Recruitment Ltd. As a Fire Safety Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing fire safety works, including fire compartmentation and fire door projects, in both residential and commercial markets for public and private sector clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise site safety works, including fire compartmentation and fire door projects.
  2. Manage subcontractors, engineers, and suppliers to ensure project delivery.
  3. Oversee snagging and quality control processes for completed projects.

Requirements:

  1. Expert knowledge of carpentry and fire stopping in residential and commercial applications.
  2. Site Management or Site Supervisor Qualification.
  3. Knowledge of relevant technical standards, including BWF, Firas, BM Trada, and LPCB technical guidance.
  4. CSCS Card for relevant job scope.
  5. Proficiency in site management of installation projects from small works to large installations.
  6. IT competency, including Microsoft Office and bespoke software applications.
