We are seeking a highly skilled Agricultural Educator to join our team at CV-Library. The ideal candidate will have experience in either arable or livestock farming, with a strong background in teaching and education.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. To teach and develop courses in Agriculture, including Arable, Livestock Farming, and Farm Mechanisation.
  2. To deliver practical sessions and ensure safety around machinery, specifically tractors and telehandlers.
  3. To manage crops such as wheat, oats, oilseed rape, and grass, as well as sheep and beef animals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging and informative lessons to students. They will also be required to assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:
  • Experience in either arable or livestock farming.
  • Minimum HNC in an agriculture-related discipline.
  • Qualifications such as NPTC in Tractor Proficiency, PA certificates, or safe telehandler operation.
  • Prepared to work towards and achieve a Diploma in Teaching and Learning.

Estimated salary: £27,238 - £39,941 per annum, depending on experience. This is a competitive salary that reflects the importance of this role in supporting the development of our students.
