**Job Title:** Rehabilitation Assistant Position Available

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team at the Active Care Group Recruitment. The successful candidate will work with individuals who have suffered brain injuries or other neurological conditions, providing person-centred care and supporting their rehabilitation programme.

About the Role:

Your primary responsibilities will include providing person-centred care, building relationships with patients, and supporting their rehabilitation programme.

Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • The ability to work flexibly and as part of a dynamic team

What We Offer:

In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, 25 days' annual leave, e-learning opportunities, and a confidential employee assistance programme.
