Veterinary Nursing Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Veterinary Nursing Team Leader, who will play a key role in supporting and developing our veterinary nursing team to deliver high-quality patient care and exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be passionate about mentoring and guiding their colleagues, and possess a strong commitment to lifelong learning.

Key Responsibilities- To lead and manage the veterinary nursing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional client service.
- To mentor and guide junior nurses, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.
- To maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills through ongoing education and training, ensuring that the team is equipped to provide the best possible care for our patients.
- To participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
- Diploma or degree in veterinary nursing.
- Experience in a veterinary practice, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
