Associate Director of Enterprise Service Management

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Associate Director of Enterprise Service Management to join our Operations Directorate. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our enterprise service management practice, driving operational excellence across our suite of products and services, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise service management strategy, aligned with our digital transformation vision and goals.
- Lead a team of service management professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, improve service delivery, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our service management practice and identify areas for improvement.
