Job Details:

The Facilities and Assets Coordinator will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring that all aspects are running smoothly. This includes proactive and reactive maintenance, as well as managing relationships with contractors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee maintenance of properties: PPM, reactive and day-to-day
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, clients, and contractors
  • Assist with project management works
  • Deal with queries
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Site visits to properties
  • Keep residents well-informed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid UK Driving License
  • Proven experience in a customer service role and property management role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player with the ability to work independently and manage own workload
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to meet targets and perform well under pressure

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is between £27,000 - £32,000 plus a car allowance of £3,300.
