Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues
- Assist project managers with RAMS and other administrative tasks
- Raise purchase orders and send acknowledgement letters
- Source costs and place stock orders
- Collate correct paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Write letters and reports as required
- Enter data into spreadsheets and update sales orders
- Take minutes at meetings and ensure accurate records are kept
- Experience working in a team-based environment as an Administrator or Coordinator
- Ability to work at a fast pace and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, increasing with length of service
