Job Description
">We are seeking an experienced School Teacher to join our team at a prestigious special school in the Tadworth area (Surrey). As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching a class of students with profound Autism and associated needs.
About the Role

- Teach students aged 5-11 years old with varying levels of learning abilities.
- Work closely with students, parents, and staff to ensure student progress and well-being.
- Adapt lesson plans to meet individual EHCP requirements.
- Monitor and assess student progress using a range of strategies.
Requirements

- Previous experience teaching KS1 and/or KS2.
- Ability to plan engaging lessons and manage challenging behavior.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits
This is a full-time position with a salary of around £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also receive a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive working environment.
