Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified or experienced teacher to join our team and make a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable young people. As a Secondary SEN / SEMH Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic achievement and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students with SEMH needs
- Provide one-to-one and group support to students in need of additional help
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless support and communication with parents and guardians
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., QTS)
- Experience working with students with SEMH needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality education
Salary and Benefits
