About the Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Primary Care Pharmacist Leader to join our North Cotswold Primary Care Network. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical pharmacy and a passion for leadership and quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Provide leadership in person-centred medicines optimisation, ensuring prescribers conserve antibiotics in line with local antimicrobial stewardship guidance.
  • Quality Improvement: Contribute to the quality and outcomes framework and enhanced services, driving improvements in patient care.
  • Integration: Work closely with the wider healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes, ensure better access to healthcare, and help manage general practice workload.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
